The KQCD Program Committee is in need of more members so that we can plan some fun events and educational programs. So far this summer, we have offered 2 classes at the KQCD office and held one Farmers' Market in Walkerton . All have been very successful without a lot of work! And they have been fun. We still have 2 more Farmers' Markets planned: August 15 and September 19 from 9AM - 12PM at the Walkerton Boat Landing. We now want to have an event on the Marriott School grounds with a mix of music and activities. Don't you want to be a part of this? Let me know if you can come to our next meeting: Tuesday, August 18 @ 7pm at the KQCD office in Walkerton. I will bring the ice cream. Bring your favorite topping and we will have ourselves an ice cream social in beautiful downtown Walkerton. Hope to see you there.
